Workshops are a bit different from my regular classes, as they offer a great way to explore new styles and deepen existing practices – typically, I tend to see more progress made during these sessions. I run them regularly, so get in touch for details, questions, advice, or more information about attending.
The classes I run are dynamic and follow a sequence of postures that aim to improve both flexibility and strength. Every class I offer includes breathing exercises and practices, periods of long relaxation and asana positions. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Yoga or have years of experience, I promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them.
